Kensington Consulting Ltd in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking an Applications Engineer to support aerospace additive manufacturing. This full-time, customer‑facing role focuses on application development, technical support, and identifying opportunities for AM adoption across aerospace environments.

You will develop CAD concepts (NX preferred), run demonstrations, and collaborate with internal engineering and commercial teams to enable successful customer projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Aerospace manufacturing or engineering experience.
• CAD experience (NX preferred).
• Knowledge of aerospace standards and qualification requirements.
• Strong communication skills and travel flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Support customer enquiries and define application requirements
• Provide technical expertise for aerospace manufacturing applications
• Identify opportunities for additive manufacturing solutions
• Develop CAD concepts and Design for Additive Manufacturing strategies
• Support demonstrations, prototypes, and customer projects
• Work closely with internal engineering and commercial teams
