• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, materials science, or related technical discipline.
• Proven B2B technical sales success with meeting/exceeding targets.
• Strong territory management, pipeline, forecasting, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel 40–60% domestically and internationally; US work authorization.

Aufgaben

• Growth & Sales Strategy Execution: carry out targeted sales strategies and territory plans to deliver bookings, growth, and EBITDA.
• Opportunity Management: manage full cycle sales from lead generation to P.O. execution; conduct customer visits.
• CRM, Reporting & Data-Driven Execution: keep CRM updated; report activities and pipeline insights.
• Data-Driven Analysis: analyze pipeline metrics to refine tactics and prioritize.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: align with engineering, operations, finance to move quotes and programs quickly.
• Communication & Culture: maintain professional communication and represent the company at events.
• Additional Duties: perform other sales engineering duties as required.
