Hutchinson, a French company with an international presence, seeks a Sales Engineer for Aerospace in the United States. You will drive sales strategy, develop OEM and distributor relationships, and collaborate with engineering and manufacturing to tailor technical product solutions.

You will manage RFQs, analyze market trends, and lead negotiations to achieve revenue and margin targets, with travel up to 50% (including international travel).

Qualifications

• Proven track record in technical B2B sales or sales engineering.
• Strong technical aptitude to interpret specifications, drawings, and engineering requirements.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including internationally (Canada/Mexico).

Responsabilités

• Drive sales strategy execution and customer development within aerospace and non-automotive markets with OEMs, Tier suppliers, and distributors.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of RFQs and new business opportunities to support growth.
• Develop strong customer relationships, acting as the liaison between customers, engineering, and manufacturing teams.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Engineering to propose technical product solutions aligned with customer requirements.
• Analyze cost data, market trends, and competitive benchmarks to ensure profitable pricing and positioning.
• Lead contract negotiations and commercial discussions to meet revenue and margin targets.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, forecasts, and key metrics, aligning with company objectives.
• Support short- and long-term strategic planning to drive business growth initiatives.
