Qualifications

• BS in STEM with 3+ years engineering experience or advanced degree with 5+ years.
• U.S. citizenship is required to access information under this program/contract.
• Prefer BS in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering; strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a rig development team and act as tactical/strategic leader to meet technical requirements.
• Communicate program status and technical content to CIPT; coordinate with team and authorities.
• Perform Control Account Manager duties: track progress, resolve obstacles and manage budget/schedule; integrate sourcing with procurement and manufacturing.
• Coordinate timely creation and release of product definition.
• Lead risk assessments and risk mitigation planning; drive continuous improvement initiatives; travel up to 10%.
