Job summary

Pratt & Whitney Compression Systems in Hartford, CT seeks a Principal Integrated Product Team Leader to lead engineering tasks for advanced engines programs, including technology development, trade studies, rigs, and demonstrator engines. Onsite role, US citizenship required, salary range provided.

You will mentor CIPT members, manage risk and EVMS, coordinate sourcing with procurement and manufacturing, and communicate project status to leadership. Travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

BS in STEM with 8+ years engineering experience or an advanced degree with 5+ years experience.
US citizenship is required.
Experience in aerospace/jet engine industry and gas turbine compressor design.

Responsibilities

Lead engineering tasks for advanced engines programs, including tech development and demonstrations.
Mentor CIPT members and communicate status to CIPT.
Perform control account management to track progress and budgets.
Coordinate sourcing with procurement and manufacturing; manage risk and continuous improvement.
Travel up to 10%.
