Job summary

Pratt & Whitney Compression Systems Engineering (CSE) seeks a Principal Integrated Product Team Leader to guide multiple engineering tasks for advanced engines programs. You will own technical direction, coordinate interfaces across CIPT, procurement, quality, and customer service, and drive risk mitigation and continuous improvement.

You will lead a team, manage budgets, and collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver robust, on-time engine programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in STEM with 8+ years engineering experience or an advanced degree with 5+ years.
• U.S. citizenship is required to access program information.
• Experience in aerospace/jet engine programs is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple engineering tasks for advanced engines programs within CIPT.
• Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, and sourcing teams to define product requirements.
• Manage risk assessments and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate status and technical content to CIPT and stakeholders.
• Perform Control Account Manager duties to track progress and budgets.
• Travel up to 10%.
