Job summary

Pratt & Whitney Compression Systems Engineering seeks a Principal Integrated Product Team Leader to guide multiple engineering tasks for advanced engines programs, including technology development, trade studies, rigs, and demonstrator engines.

The IPT leader oversees engineering, procurement, quality and customer service for CIPT, Module Center Management and Engineering leadership, with onsite work and travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in STEM with 8+ engineering experience OR Advanced degree with 5+ years of experience.
• U.S. citizenship is required to access information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

• Lead tactical and strategic CIPT tasks, coordinate with team and authorities on part and rig development.
• Communicate status and technical content to CIPT.
• Perform Control Account Manager duties to track progress and budgets.
• Integrate sourcing with procurement and manufacturing teams and manage the supply chain.
• Lead risk assessments and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Travel up to 10%.
