Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Industrial, Materials, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Engineering or related STEM field by start date.
Willing to relocate to a different U.S. location every eight months for three assignments.
Experience presenting technical or operational data to external stakeholders or holding a leadership/coordinator role in a student organization.

Responsibilities

Complete three eight-month rotations in engineering, quality, and operations across U.S. sites.
Interpret engine manuals and data, develop repair processes, and create work instructions for shop floor teams.
Lead corrective and preventive actions, root-cause investigations, and quality reviews with regulatory and customer interfaces.
Coordinate with manufacturing, planning, and supply chain to support engine sustainment and improvements.
