Responsibilities

• Execute High-Reliability Assembly: precision soldering and micro-assembly of multi-layer PCBs to IPC standards.
• Diagnose Hardware Deviations: isolate, trace, and repair faults with oscilloscopes and meters.
• Support Engineering Design: partner with design engineers during board layout reviews and validations.
• Manage Technical Procurement Support: assist BOM management and vendor tracking for active builds.
• Maintain System Documentation: update drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
• Ensure AS9100 Compliance: support quality processes and environmental testing per AS9100D.
