Job summary

Blue Origin seeks a Manufacturing Engineer in Colorado to support a fast-paced production environment. You will lead troubleshooting, disposition of non-conforming hardware, and root-cause analysis while collaborating with design teams to improve manufacturability and drive quality.

Relocation is provided and a Monday–Friday, 5/8 schedule is in place. You will apply standard engineering methods to plan, design, and execute fabrication of electrical assemblies for aerospace systems, ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with complex electrical aerospace or space hardware.
• Experience diagnosing non-conforming electrical hardware, harnesses, software, or firmware.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD programs (SolidWorks or Creo Pro/E).
• Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support to technician team to resolve issues in a fast-paced production environment.
• Lead troubleshooting and disposition of non-conforming avionics hardware, software, firmware, and electrical systems.
• Drive isolation, containment, and resolution of NC parts and assemblies.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Support design reviews with required technical artifacts and readiness assessments.
• Collaborate with design engineering to implement Engineering Change Requests to improve manufacturability.
