Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components and subassemblies per drawings and instructions.
• Hand-load and solder PCB assemblies, including fine-pitch components, to IPC standards.
• Identify and repair soldering anomalies under a microscope; follow lead and lead-free solder practices.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to drive continuous improvement.
