Qualifications

• 3-5 years of J-STD soldering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• US Citizenship required.
• Ability to read wiring schematics and assembly drawings.
• Knowledge of ESD safety and handling.

Responsibilities

• Performs production assembly operations on components and subassemblies per instructions.
• Uses drawings and instructions to assemble, modify, or rework units.
• Solder under a microscope and identify component values.
• Read/interpret customer drawings or visual aids and apply callouts to assemblies.
• Attend training to maintain IPC certifications if required.
