Ralliant is seeking an Electronic Assembler in Hollister, CA to drive quality in electronics production. You will assemble components and subassemblies, solder under a microscope, and follow IPC-J-STD and IPC-D-610 standards to ensure reliable hardware for aerospace and defense applications.

The role requires 3–5 years J-STD soldering experience, high school diploma, and knowledge of ESD practices. On-site, we offer PTO, 401K, health insurance, tuition reimbursement and parental leave as part of

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; on‑the‑job training provided.
• 3–5 years of J-STD soldering experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ESD prevention and product handling.

Responsabilidades

• Performs production assembly on components and subassemblies per instructions.
• Loads PCB assemblies following schematics and visual aids; reads drawings.
• Reads and follows written instructions; identifies component values.
• Solders various components including fine pitch under a microscope.
• Repairs soldering anomalies and uses IPC standards (J-STD, IPC-D-610).
• Attends offsite training to maintain certification requirements if needed.
