Microwave Products Group – Pole/Zero Corporation in West Chester, OH is seeking an Electronics Assembler to support military and aerospace-grade assemblies. You will solder components, assemble microcircuits under magnification, and apply engineering changes at board level while tracking activity in our ERP system.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, soldering experience, basic computer skills, and IPC-610 certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Solder various electronic components, wires and other parts to designated locations on PCBs to IPC standards.
• Assemble microcircuits requiring fine hand assembly with microscopes.
• Incorporate engineering changes at board level and record activity in ERP.
• Review ERP configurations for correct specifications.
