Job summary

Ralliant Corporation in Solon, Ohio, is seeking a detail-oriented Test Technician – Aerospace & Defense Systems to join our growing team. You will lead verification and acceptance testing of advanced electronic products, set up diverse test equipment, and ensure procedures are followed precisely to support quality and safety.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent (associates preferred), strong soldering of SMDs, and the ability to read schematics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Test Technician in aerospace/defense.
• Proficient with electronic test equipment and mechanical measuring tools.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Willing to travel up to 75% for training (Hollister, CA).

Responsibilities

• Lead verification and acceptance testing of electronic products.
• Set up and operate test equipment to evaluate performance and safety.
• Follow ATPs, QTPs, and ITPs with meticulous documentation.
• Calibrate and maintain test systems and tooling.
• Generate test reports and support product certification.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Conduct environmental, stress, and durability tests.
• Interpret dimensional drawings and schematics for tests.
