AMI Metals, Inc. seeks an experienced Environmental, Health and Safety Director for the Aerospace operating group.

You will lead EHS strategies, drive world-class performance, and partner with Group President and Corporate EHS to align safety, health, and environment initiatives across multiple sites. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in manufacturing EHS leadership, strong regulatory expertise, and proven ability to build KPI-driven programs that reduce risk and incidents while supporting

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering, Safety or Environmental Science with 10+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
Seven+ years of management experience leading multi-site EHS teams, including international operations.
Broad knowledge of EHS laws and regulations with strong safety, health and environmental competencies.
Demonstrated ability to lead zero-incident culture and effective KPI delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead development and execution of the Group EHS strategy aligned with Reliance priorities.
Manage Group EHS metrics, budgets and improvement initiatives across safety, health, environmental and security.
Identify opportunities and deliver practical solutions to support strategic objectives.
Ensure EHS systems and procedures are implemented across the Group with compliance accountability.
Plan and facilitate Group EHS meetings and trainings; engage senior leadership.
