Job summary

AMETEK Inc. is seeking an experienced EHS Specialist to lead Environmental, Health & Safety initiatives across our Tulsa, OK and Wichita, KS operations.

You will partner with site leadership to foster a zero-incident culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement in an aerospace manufacturing environment. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years’ EHS experience, with strong OSHA/EPA knowledge, auditing, and training delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressively responsible EHS experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations and related standards.
• Ability to develop and implement EHS programs and management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve EHS programs, policies, systems, and initiatives.
• Identify hazards, assess risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across multiple sites (Tulsa, OK and Wichita, KS).
• Develop and deliver safety training to employees.
• Conduct audits, risk assessments, and inspections for continuous improvement.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain EHS records, metrics, and regulatory documentation.
