Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in document control, with aerospace experience preferred.
• PDM systems proficiency and ECN knowledge are required.
• Familiarity with engineering configuration and change control processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all engineering documents in an organized, accurate, and accessible manner.
• Implement and oversee the document control process to keep documents up-to-date and complete.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to understand document requirements and deliverables.
• Facilitate the Engineering Change Notice (ECN) process ensuring proper documentation and communication.
• Utilize Product Data Management (PDM) systems to track revisions and control documents.
• Implement and manage the engineering configuration process and communicate changes.
• Monitor and control the change control process across teams and departments.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure accuracy and current documentation.
• Conduct regular audits of the document control process for compliance with standards.
• Provide training and support to staff on document control processes and systems.
