Job summary

Astronics AES is seeking a Data Management Coordinator to develop, implement, and maintain data management and document control systems for aerospace programs. The role ensures compliant, timely flow of technical data and controlled records across internal departments and external customers.

Ideal candidates thrive in a highly regulated environment and understand aerospace standards, trade compliance, and data deliverable obligations. On-site Kirkland location offers some WFH days weekly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data management, document control, or records management within aerospace/defense or government contracting.
• Associate's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Engineering, or related field; Bachelor's preferred.
• Exposure to controlled document environments and data tracking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain document control systems and workflows for program execution.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and retrieval of controlled documents and records.
• Verify documents for signatures, revision levels, and completeness before processing.
• Track and manage Notices of Change (NOCs) and other data submittals with status dashboards.
