RTX in Cedar Rapids offers a full-time engineering co-op running June through December, where you will join a team designing and developing display systems for commercial and military avionics, bridging classroom knowledge with practical application.

You will learn about display and optical technologies, engineering design processes, and aerospace industry standards while contributing to real projects. Applicants must be engineering students with 60 credits completed and be onsite.

Formación

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Engineering and enrolled through internship/co-op.
• Must have a minimum of 60 hours of credit by start of internship/co-op.
• Experience working on collaborative projects and teams.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel).

Responsabilidades

• Join a full-time co-op session running June–December.
• Assist with design and development of display products for avionics.
• Collaborate with a team of engineers on real projects.
• Apply problem-solving skills and contribute to process improvements.
