Qualifications

• Experience with 180 or 360 recruitment across winning clients to placing candidates.
• Tech or SaaS desk experience is a plus.
• Ability to juggle multiple clients and processes simultaneously.
• Willing to engage in Strativ culture and startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities across the US and build out a complete 360 desk.
• Pitch to new clients, negotiate terms, and deliver to recruitment needs.
• Collaborate with Marketing and management to craft value propositions and winning pitches.
