Qualifications

• Proven track record in 180 or 360 recruitment with client delivery.
• Ability to generate and pursue leads and close deals.
• Comfortable handling multiple clients and processes simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities across the US and build a complete 360 desk.
• Pitch to new clients, negotiate terms, and deliver recruitment solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing and management to position value propositions.
• Grow the Strativ presence in Aerospace and Defense markets.
