Job summary

RTX in Andover, MA is seeking a Test Solutions Engineer to join our Hardware Discipline Center. You will design, build, and integrate state‑of‑the‑art electrical test systems supporting mission‑critical defense products across development labs, production, and sustainment.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure test architectures meet high performance and reliability standards. A STEM degree and hands‑on lab experience are required; U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM required by start date.
• Experience selecting/integrating passive and active electronic components in analog or digital designs.
• Experience operating lab test equipment to test hardware and measure signals.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate electrical test products, interface adapters, cabling, and fixtures for defense systems.
• Create schematics, PCB layouts, and documentation per industry standards.
• Validate hardware using oscilloscopes, analyzers, and power meters.
• Troubleshoot hardware integration issues across development and production.
• Support project execution to meet technical performance and schedule commitments.
• Collaborate with systems, mechanical, software, and reliability engineers.
