Job summary

Raytheon | In Andover, MA, we seek a Test Solutions Engineer within the Hardware Discipline Center. You will design, build, and integrate state-of-the-art electrical test systems for defense products, spanning development labs to production lines and field operations.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure test equipment meets performance, reliability, and regulatory requirements, while adhering to DoD standards and aggressive schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or related field by start date.
• Experience selecting and integrating passive/active components in analog or digital designs.
• Experience operating lab test equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate specialized electrical test products and fixtures for defense systems.
• Develop schematics and PCB layouts and documentation to defense standards.
• Validate hardware using lab equipment like oscilloscopes and network analyzers.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware integration issues across development and production.
• Support project execution meeting technical performance, schedule, and budget.
• Collaborate with systems, mechanical, software, and reliability engineers.
