Pratt & Whitney, a RTX company, seeks a Customer Technical Service Engineer II for the PW1500G/PW1900G/PW800 programs to resolve in-service issues and deliver timely technical recommendations ensuring fleet safety and reliability.

You will work with airline operators, MROs, field teams, and engineers worldwide, developing data and manuals to support service and maintenance operations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field.
• Proven ability to analyze technical issues and communicate engineering information.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve in-service technical issues by investigating customer questions and system-level engine events.
• Develop customer-facing technical solutions by initiating Engineering Authorizations, Service Bulletins, and related data.
• Support global fleet operations by contributing to manuals and documentation to minimize operational disruption.
• Collaborate across the industry through meetings, reviews, and stakeholder coordination to implement fleet solutions.
• Represent Pratt & Whitney with customers and partners by presenting technical information and building relationships.
