Job summary

RTX in the United States is seeking an Engineering Intern focused on Mechanical Systems and Nacelle hardware within the PW1500G/PW1900G team. This hands-on role provides exposure to supporting airline and shop customers through technical data and documentation.

You will work with global teams to address customer questions, develop engine maintenance documents, and collaborate with suppliers and airframe partners to improve reliability and throughput.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or STEM.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and oversee engine maintenance documents and service bulletins to support airline and shop customers.
• Interface with airline operators, MRO shops, and field service reps on nacelle hardware and engine systems.
• Respond to customer technical questions to keep fleets flying and maintain MRO throughput.
• Coordinate with Program Office, CFD/CIPTs, regulators, and suppliers to plan fleet management solutions.
