Qualifikationen

• Experience collaborating across functions to address airline customer needs.

• Resolve in-service technical issues by investigating airline questions and engine events with engineering and field teams.
• Develop customer-facing technical solutions by issuing engineering data and service documents.
• Support global fleet operations by contributing to maintenance and engine manuals while minimizing disruption.
• Represent Pratt & Whitney in industry meetings and customer forums to implement fleet solutions.
