Job summary

Manpower in Lynwood, CA is seeking a Customer Service Rep to support order coordination and client communication within the Customer Support Department. The ideal candidate will be organized, communicative, and proactive to ensure smooth order flow.

Responsibilities include reviewing purchase orders, communicating requirements, monitoring MRP for due dates, updating customers on status, and coordinating with production to report completion dates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years aerospace customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with MRP/ERP systems preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with good written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Review customer purchase orders and verify alignment with internal work orders.
• Ensure all process requirements and customer specifications are communicated and flowed down.
• Monitor the MRP system to ensure customer order due dates meet required delivery dates.
• Provide timely updates to customers regarding order status within the required response timeframe.
• Coordinate with production to obtain estimated completion dates and develop daily reports on orders and production status.
