Manpower Group (USA) client in the aerospace industry seeks a dedicated Customer Service Rep to join the Lynwood, CA team. You will support order coordination and client communication, ensuring orders align with internal work orders and timely updates on status.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED, 2+ years in aerospace customer service, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with MRP/ERP systems.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Our client, a leading aerospace industry organization, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Rep to join their team. As a Customer Service Rep, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting order coordination and client communication. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Rep

Location: Lynwood, CA 90262

Pay Range: $19.68 - $25.00 - depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.

Shift: 1st Shift 7:00am - 3:30pm (may change due to business need)

What's the Job?

• Review customer purchase orders and verify alignment with internal work orders.
• Ensure all process requirements and customer specifications are accurately communicated and flowed down.
• Monitor the MRP system to ensure customer order due dates meet required delivery dates.
• Provide timely updates to customers regarding order status within the required response timeframe.
• Coordinate with production to obtain estimated completion dates (ECDs) and develop daily reports on orders and production status.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years working in aerospace customer service (preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with MRP/ERP systems preferred.
