Qualifications

• 1 year of data-entry experience in system portals; aerospace experience preferred.
• Internal and external customer service experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate order book and ensure proactive customer communication to support on‑time delivery.
• Receive, review, and enter critical data including vendor quotes, customer quotes, and sales orders with high accuracy and speed.
• Ensure all sales orders are acknowledged as required.
• Respond with urgency and in a timely manner to workload and business needs.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Supply Chain, Sales, Quality, Operations, and Accounting to fulfill customer requirements.
• Handle CUI and FCI for assigned accounts as required.
