Responsibilities include reviewing purchase orders, communicating requirements, monitoring MRP for due dates, updating customers on status, and coordinating with production to report completion dates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years aerospace customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with MRP/ERP systems preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with good written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Review customer purchase orders and verify alignment with internal work orders.
• Ensure all process requirements and customer specifications are communicated and flowed down.
• Monitor the MRP system to ensure customer order due dates meet required delivery dates.
• Provide timely updates to customers regarding order status within the required response timeframe.
• Coordinate with production to obtain estimated completion dates and develop daily reports on orders and production status.

Our client, a leading aerospace industry organization, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Rep to join their team. As a Customer Service Rep, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting order coordination and client communication. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Rep

Location: Lynwood, CA 90262

Pay Range: $19.68 - $25.00 - depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.

Shift: 1st Shift 7:00am - 3:30pm (may change due to business need)

What's the Job?

• Review customer purchase orders and verify alignment with internal work orders.
