You will act as the primary link between our manufacturing site and customers, coordinating multi-level communications on technical and business topics in a fast-paced environment. The role includes serving aerospace OEM and Tier 1 customers, managing RFQs, order statuses, and documentation in the ERP system, and delivering timely updates.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer service in a manufacturing or aerospace setting.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with RFQs and order tracking in ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts with internal teams.
• Deliver prompt, professional responses to RFQs, order inquiries, surveys and complaints.
• Prepare accurate product quotations per pricing policies.
• Provide timely updates on activities, orders, and initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
• Generate weekly reports on account activity, order status, and delivery schedules.
• Resolve order-related issues and coordinate with internal teams to escalate as needed.
• Enter customer purchase orders into ERP and meet deadlines.
• Monitor orders from entry to delivery, coordinating production and documentation.
• Utilize customer portals to manage POs, forecasts, and contracts.
