Job summary

Calyxis Global Solutions is seeking a Customer Service / Sales Representative to serve as the primary liaison between customers and the company. This role involves order management, customer communications, and supporting sales efforts in aerospace manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service, inside sales, or account management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Aerospace manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of AS9100 and aerospace customer requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Process customer purchase orders, order changes, and schedule updates.
• Prepare and distribute quotations for products and services.
