• High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years in a customer service role in aerospace manufacturing.
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and familiarity with production processes.
• Excellent representation of the company with a high level of professionalism.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and keen attention to detail.
• Must be able to work under pressure when dictated by customer needs.
• Capacity to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls from customers checking on order status and details.
• Document account information including P.O. requirements, shipments, pricing, and delivery details.
• Coordinate with internal departments using ERP system for quotes, order entry, and inquiries.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and promptly address requests while balancing company resources.
• Coordinate RFQs and Long Term Pricing Agreements routed through Customer Service to Business Development; track status.
• Track changes requiring quotes, cancellation charges, and milestones for customer requests.
• Prepare weekly ship lists and coordinate urgent shipments; liaise with Planning, QA, and Accounting as needed.
• Assist with RMA coordination and customer communications to ensure timely resolution.
