Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's in business preferred.
• Experience in customer service within aerospace or manufacturing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and timely information.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues and ensure on-time delivery.
• Verify customer purchase orders against internal work orders to ensure compliance with process requirements.
• Provide updates to customers on order status within allotted time.
• Handle customer complaints and elevate issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Produce daily reports of on-site orders to track completion dates and status.
• Resolve issues that place orders on hold or exceed lead times.
• Other duties as assigned.
