Job summary

Valence Surface Technologies is seeking a Program Manager to lead defined customer programs and coordinate cross-functionally with operations, shipping, and QA to ensure on-time, compliant delivery of parts. The role involves managing routes, coordinating with sales for new work packages, and ensuring engineering artifacts are prepared for processing plans.

The position requires collaboration with accounting to set terms for new customers, and frequent communication of metrics and performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of aerospace, defense, or comparable technical programs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage defined list of customer accounts.
• Coordinate with operations and shipping to manage truck routes and schedules.
• Create daily in-house order status reports and track completion dates.
• Resolve issues causing orders to be on hold or past lead times; escalate as needed.
• Ensure communication between quality, operations, finance, and customer service to meet expectations.
• Review order completion dates to coordinate pickups and deliveries.
