Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience in contracts or business administration.
• Demonstrated ability in administrative, marketing/customer service, or product support roles.
• Experience with CRM platforms and Salesforce is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintains customer satisfaction by providing product service and account information and monitoring performance for product warranty, maintenance agreements, and/or purchase orders.
• Establishes and maintains customer relationships through courteous and efficient servicing of customer requests.
• Prepares and submits correspondence in response to customer requests.
• Responds to requests for quotations in a timely manner and coordinates with price estimating; reviews pricing for reasonableness and handles questions.
• Coordinates with various company functions on customer issues and prioritizes requests and lead times.
• Monitors delivery status and provides status reports to customers; researches outstanding shipments and updates shipping info.
• Ensures invoices are processed and paid by monitoring account status and coordinating with AR; supports collection efforts.
• Investigates and resolves customer complaints or claims; may offer discounts up to a limit.
• Ensures accuracy of sales order data and backlog information and generates reports.
