Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corporation, Irvine facility, is seeking a Planner Specialist to align the master production schedule with customer service goals and inventory targets within Parker Fluid Systems Division.

This on-site role requires coordinating with QA, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Engineering, and Shipping to ensure material flow, maintain BOM integrity, and drive continuous improvement through Lean and Kaizen in aerospace manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Supply Chain concentration highly desirable).
• CPIM certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for the assigned value stream and establish supply plans.
• Identify supply gaps affecting MPS execution and coordinate with procurement to mitigate delinquencies.
• Coordinate with Quality, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Engineering, Inventory Control, Shipping/Receiving, and Contract Administration to ensure material flow.
• Manage item master, BOM, revision changes, and system integrity related to part control.
• Actively monitor KPIs such as DSI, LISC, Sales, and other supply chain metrics; drive continuous improvement.
