Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare responses to customer RFQs with pricing and delivery details.
• Enter PO requirements into ERP and provide order acknowledgements.
• Support accounts receivable for past-due payments.
• Process warranty returns promptly to support customer service.
• Maintain and grow customer relationships with timely shipment status updates.
• Coordinate with Demand Management and Regional Sales to capture forecasts in ERP.
