Job summary

Crane Aerospace & Electronics is seeking a Manager of Customer Service Administration at its Elyria, OH location. You will lead a high-performing team handling contract administration, order fulfillment, and end-to-end customer support, acting as customer advocate and driving improvements to enhance satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, KPI-driven process management, and deep knowledge of aerospace order management and ERP systems. ITAR compliance and travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' related experience in customer service or operations.
• 3+ years of previous management experience.
• Knowledge of Aerospace and Defense Order Management, contracts, manufacturing, lean office and operational excellence.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle, is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Customer Service Administration team with clear goals.
• Allocate customer assignments to balance workload and ensure timely order administration.
• Drive standardization, efficiency, and customer satisfaction across order-to-delivery.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives and monitor KPI-driven performance.
• Serve as escalation point and communicate Voice of the Customer to leadership.
