Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business or a technical discipline.
• MBA or advanced degree desirable.
• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Infor LN).
• Experience with ERP and CRM enhancements and digital transformation initiatives.

• Provide shared leadership of customer service operations across California and Arizona locations.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of customer service employees; set expectations and accountability.
• Maintain consistent customer service standards and monitor performance.
• Oversee end-to-end order management including entry, quoting, backlog, fulfillment, shipments, and expedites.
• Coordinate recovery plans for shortages and late deliveries; communicate commitments clearly.
