Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of the customer service team for AGSE and Westmont in Santa Fe Springs, ensuring accurate quote and order processing.
• Implement strategy and standards set by the Customer Service Director; drive continuous improvement.
• Act as escalation point for complex issues and negotiate outcomes.
• Oversee ERP data quality, pricing, and contract integrity; ensure ISO 9001 documentation compliance.
