Job summary

Crane Aerospace & Electronics Elyria facility seeks a Repair & Overhaul Contract Administrator to resolve issues affecting customer satisfaction and manage all repair contracts and orders. You will serve as primary customer contact for Repair & Overhaul work in process, handling orders, parts, and shipping logistics.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree in business, strong administrative skills, and experience with Oracle. Travel 25–50% to site locations may be required as part of duties.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple orders/contracts.

Responsibilities

• Review customer contracts/requirements on incoming orders.
• Enter and manage order fulfillment transactions for assigned customers.
• Verify PO requirements align with standard terms and customer contracts.
• Write work instructions and process orders in the system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and invoicing issues.
