Job summary

Crane Aerospace & Electronics is seeking an Aerospace Customer Service Admin II for our on-site Burbank, CA location. You will support sales by handling administrative duties for assigned customers, including pre- and post-award activities, and coordinating with account managers and regulatory agencies.

The role requires 2–5 years of aerospace customer service experience, knowledge of export controls, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Knowledge of Export Administration Regulations, ITAR compliance and related government procurement rules.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work with multiple internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate customer purchase orders for compliance with Crane policies and export/Government regulations.
• Enter PO requirements into ERP and provide order acknowledgements to customers.
• Interpret and enter data in ERP; monitor order status and respond to requests.
• Prepare timely responses to RFQs through internal coordination with pricing and delivery details.
• Support accounts receivable for past-due payments for assigned customers.
• Process warranty returns and ensure timely handling to meet customer needs.
• Maintain customer relationships by providing accurate shipment status and coordinating with sales managers.
• Manage customer portals for returns, debit/credit transactions, and action closure in portals.
• Assist demand planning with accurate customer forecasts in ERP.
