Job summary

Crane Aerospace & Electronics in Auburn, CA is hiring a Manager of Customer Service Administration to lead the order-to-delivery process and serve as the customer advocate. You will drive KPI-driven performance, contract administration, and end-to-end customer support.

This role requires 5+ years of related experience and 3+ years of management, knowledge of aerospace/defense order management, ERP systems, and a BS in business or related field. Some travel and ITAR compliance are involved.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years' related experience; 3+ years of management experience.
• Knowledge of Aerospace and Defense Order Management, Contract terms, Manufacturing, People Management, Operational Excellence and lean office; Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle).
• Skills/Abilities: advanced skills in employee development, team building, business acumen, continuous improvement, systems and tools, project management and communication; ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Customer Service Administration team with KPI-driven goals.
• Manage metrics to support the annual operating plan and customer satisfaction.
• Allocate assignments to balance workload and ensure timely order administration.
• Drive standardization and improvements across the end-to-end order-to-delivery process.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives and advocate for the Voice of the Customer.
• Serve as escalation point for the team and provide guidance and timely resolution.
