LISI AEROSPACE NORTH AMERICA is seeking a Specialty Machine Level I to set up and operate specialty machines (Multi-spindle, Davenport, Index, CNC, Euro-turns) to meet company targets. The role requires basic setup skills and reliable competency per our standards.

The candidate will read blueprints, perform first-run inspections, and ensure parts meet specifications while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Training and adherence to HSE rules are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years experience or technical education/experience equivalent.
• Ability to read blueprints and use shop/measurement tools.

Responsabilités

• Operates and maintains at least 2 automatic multi-spindle screw or CNC machines with supervision.
• Reads blueprints or job orders to determine dimensions and tooling requirements.
• Performs SPC checks and acts on outputs as specified.
• Inspects parts with micrometers, gauges to ensure specs.
• Follows safety regulations and HSE procedures.
• Maintains records and cleans work area as required.
