Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3+ years related experience or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of SPC and blueprint interpretation.
• Ability to read blueprints and inspect machined parts with precision tools.

Responsabilités

• Operate and maintain at least two automatic multi-spindle screw machines with minimal supervision.
• Perform daily safety inspections and ensure machine guards and interlocks are functional.
• Read M.O./blueprints to meet specifications and tolerances.
• Use calipers, micrometers, and gauging tools for inspection.
• Record production data, perform SPC checks, and adjust processes as needed.
• Maintain machine settings, coolant flow, and lubrication levels.
• Comply with HSE policies and report nonconformances.
