Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC) is hiring a CNC Lathe Operator in Transfer, PA to set up and run CNC lathes for aerospace components.

The role involves working in a two or three person cell, handling setups, inspections, SPC, and packing finished parts. The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED and at least two years of related heavy manufacturing experience, with Fanuc CNC familiarity and attention to tolerances.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in heavy manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC lathes and set up machining per drawings and process sheets.
• Perform quality inspections and record dimensional data.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and assist in process improvements.
