Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. is hiring a CNC Machine Operator for night shift (7pm–7am) in Transfer, PA. The role involves setting up and operating CNC lathes to manufacture aerospace components within a 2–3 person cell.

Expect robust safety, quality procedures and SPC data entry, with overtime and 12-hour shifts as needed. We offer competitive pay, great benefits, and a 2-3-2 schedule on a full-time on-site basis at the Metals division.

Qualifications

• Fanuc CNC control experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of calipers, micrometers, tape measures.
• Basic Math Skills (Algebra, Trigonometry).
• Attention to detail and quality-focused.
• Strong work ethic and team player attitude.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts and overtime.
• Safety and quality procedures adherence.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathes for aerospace parts.
• Run CNCs in a small cell of 2–3 operators.
• Perform equipment setups, quality inspections, and SPC data entry.
