Blue Origin LLC seeks an experienced Dimensional Inspector to support aerospace components. You will perform first article, in-process, and final inspections, using CMM and manual layout to ensure conformance to engineering drawings and GD&T standards.

The role requires PC-DMIS proficiency, CreO experience, and strong data analysis skills. You will work across shift schedules in a safety-focused, inclusive culture and contribute to safe spaceflight hardware.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of dimensional inspection experience on aerospace components.
• CMM programming and operation; PC-DMIS is primary.
• Strong blueprint reading with GD&T per ASME Y14.5-2009/2018 standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for inspection by creating data analysis templates in Excel.
• Set up and operate CMM and manual layout equipment.
• Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections.
• Provide feedback to machinists and engineers with dimensional data.
• Document Non-Conformance reports and maintain configuration control.
